Turn right, travel all the way to "Old Route 50" exit. Turn right School is

right (before the cemetery). |

to the Columbia exit.
Take the Columbia exit, at the first stoplight turn right (this is the Main
Street of Columbia), go about six blocks and the school is on your right. |

motorcycle dealership on left). This is Canterbury Drive, turn left, go
about two blocks - school is on your right. |

south on Route 159 and follow Route 159 into Smithton. Turn west onto
Stoerger Street. Turn south onto Lincoln Street. The gym is on the corner of
Stoerger and Lincon Streets. |

right onto Jefferson Rd. In about 2.4 miles there is a fork, stay left at
the fork, the road becomes Jacks Run Rd, stay on this road for about
1.8 miles. Turn left onto Barber Lane. At the stop sign, turn right onto
Cemetery Rd. At the next stop sign, make a slight left jog and continue on
East Apple St. Take East Apple straight through the stop light. One
block past the stop light, turn right onto S. Alton. Stay on this road until
you reach the gym parking lot on the right side of the street. |
