Have students practice writing the words as well as spelling out
loud. They cannot have backwards letters or the wrong size letters on

PRINTING- keep watching their letters. They will write everything
correctly for a while and then begin making up their own methods.
RELIGION- we read about St Cecilia, St Elizabeth of Hungary, St. Rose
Philippine Duchesne, the Presentation of Mary, and Christ the King
Sunday (this Sunday).
WEATHER- it is getting colder and I have children coming to school
without heavy coats. You may send layers so they can remove articles of
clothing if necessary but they can't put things on that aren't here.
Thanks, I just want to make sure everyone is warm enough because we do
go out when it's in the 30's.
UNIFORMS- please re-read the clothes guidelines for the little ones. I have
several who are wearing items that are only for the older kids or things
that are not approved colors. Sorry to be a stickler on the subject but
either all follow or we don't have uniforms. It can't be both ways.
